Customer receives their referral link
Every customer has a unique referral link embedded in their WhatsApp wallet coupon. They can also request their link at any time by messaging your workshop's WhatsApp number.
Customer shares with a friend
One tap on "Share with a friend" in the WhatsApp wallet opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message with the referral link. The customer forwards it to friends, family, or colleagues.
Friend books via the referral link
The friend clicks the link, lands on your workshop's booking page (or WhatsApp chat), and books a service. The referral source is automatically attributed — no coupon code needed.
First invoice closes — both earn
When the friend's first service invoice is closed, Autroid instantly credits ₹500 wallet credit to the referrer and applies the friend's first-visit discount to their invoice. Both receive a WhatsApp notification.
