Your best technician. Backed by data.
Jobs completed per day, revenue generated, customer satisfaction score, and repeat visit rate — live for every technician, every branch. Incentives tied directly to performance.
How performance tracking works
Every job a data point.
Performance tracking in Autroid is not a manual process. Every job card closed, every invoice raised, and every customer rating submitted feeds into each technician's live score automatically.
Job card is closed
When a technician marks a job complete in Autroid Operations, the time taken, job type, and parts used are recorded. This feeds their jobs-per-day and average job-time metrics.
Invoice is raised
The revenue from each job is attributed to the assigned technician. Revenue-per-technician is computed daily and accumulated into monthly totals.
Customer rates the service
Post-service feedback (sent via WhatsApp) is linked to the attending technician. CSAT scores and repeat visit data build the customer satisfaction dimension of the score.
Score drives incentive payout
Monthly composite score (efficiency × revenue × CSAT) is used to compute the incentive amount. No manual calculation — the incentive is added to payroll automatically.
Four dimensions. One score.
Autroid measures technician performance across four dimensions that actually predict service quality — not just hours clocked.
Jobs completed per day
Average daily job throughput per technician — broken down by job type. Compare performance across technicians with the same job mix for fair benchmarking.
Revenue generated
Total invoice value attributed to each technician per month. Directly used in incentive formulas — high-revenue technicians earn proportionally more without guesswork.
Customer satisfaction score
Post-service ratings collected automatically via WhatsApp. CSAT score tracked per technician over time — downward trends trigger manager alerts.
Repeat visit rate
Tracks customers who return within 90 days and specifically request the same technician — the strongest signal of genuine service quality.
Know who needs help before output drops.
Autroid AI monitors performance trends daily and surfaces actionable insights — so managers spend time coaching, not analyzing spreadsheets.
Declining performance alerts
When a technician's weekly job count or CSAT score drops more than 20% from their 30-day average, the branch manager is notified with the specific metrics and a suggested conversation agenda — is it a skill gap, a personal issue, or a workload problem?
Top performer recognition signals
AI identifies technicians who consistently score in the top 20% across all four dimensions and flags them as candidates for senior roles, salary revision, or specialized training — giving managers a data-backed case for retention investments.
Churn risk scoring
Using performance trends, attendance patterns, and salary positioning vs. market benchmarks, AI assigns a monthly churn risk score to each technician. High-risk employees are surfaced with recommended retention actions before they hand in their resignation.
What changes
Performance data that earns trust.
When incentives are tied to verifiable data — not manager perception — technicians work harder and disputes disappear.
Workshops using Autroid Performance tracking see utilization rise from 61% to 87% within 3 months of go-live.
Technicians with visibility into their own daily score self-regulate and improve throughput without manager prompting.
When every technician can see exactly how their incentive was calculated — with job-level detail — disputes go to zero.
Technicians whose CSAT score is visible and tied to incentives improve service quality measurably.
